Dear RBHS Band Families,

As we approach the final months of the 2011-2012 school year, I would like to thank you for the time and contributions to the Rancho Bernardo High School Music Boosters.  This program is an award winning program and the dedication of its members, students, teachers, parents, alumni and community members, will continue to foster the excellence RBHS is known for in the community.

I would also like to thank all of those parents who donated monetarily to our program.  In these tough economic times, education has repeatedly taken hits from Sacramento.  Despite these tough economic times, the families of RBHS have stated through their actions that music is an important component of their child’s education and a priority for their families.  Your financial donations are a direct reflection of this priority.

Unfortunately, the school year is not over, and we are attempting to cover a $25,000+ shortfall.  There are many ways you can help.  First, any outstanding pledge donations are greatly appreciated.  If you have any pledge questions, please feel free to e-mail Laura Barry at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  We rely on 100% contribution participation in order to maintain the health of our program.  Second, please attend our Second Annual “Music & Taste of RB” event at the Bernardo Winery with silent auction on Saturday, April 28^th from 1-4 p.m.  All monies made from this event will go directly into the general booster account to cover our shortfall.
