SAVE THE DATE – SUNDAY, MAY 23 – RBHS MUSIC BENEFIT
=====================================================
Please mark your calendars for Sunday, May 23, the biggest fundraising event of the year for the RBHS Band, Orchestra and Color Guard.

This year’s benefit will be held on Sunday, May 23 and will run from 11 AM – 3 PM at the RB Westwood Club.  The feature band this year will be Mike Holguin’s band called “The Mighty Untouchables” (www.themightyuntouchables.com) and we are currently negotiating with local celebrities to also attend.   This event will be a great time for everyone and will include FREE ADMISSION for all who attend.  Additional information will be made available soon.
We have had tremendous volunteer participation this year, especially in support of the tournament, and now need your help to make the benefit a success as well.  Here’s how you can help:
Live and silent auction – the live and silent auction is where the benefit makes the majority of its money to support the music program.  If you can donate or know of someone who might donate an item to the auction please contact Teri at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it .
Corporate sponsorships – we are seeking businesses and individuals that would like to support the benefit either through a cash or in-kind donation.  Please contact Marc at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it if you know of companies or individuals that would like to be a sponsor for this event.
Volunteers – the benefit needs many volunteers to make it successful.  There are various jobs available from helping with the auction, food and general operations.  If you would be able to volunteer please contact Judy at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it .
